SENIOR’S REASSURANCE
CALL-OUT PROGRAM

The Senior’s Reassurance Call-Out Program is free telephone support offered to individuals 55 years + living in Durham Region. Our ongoing support calls provide emotional support, safety check-ins, medication reminders and crisis support. This program allows service-users and responders to work together to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, focus on positive coping skills, offer resource information to community agencies and keep seniors safe.
